Hmmm

I was going to forgo the menus this week because it is going to be a super busy week. I am working several days, and I still need to get a bunch of stuff done around here before I leave on Wednesday morning of next week.

We'll see how many of these actually get made vs if everyone is on their own with cereal or popcorn. ;)

Tuesday - French Onion Soup (Kim's recipe)

Wednesday - homemade pizza, mostly veggies, maybe some turkey pepperoni

Thursday - Broiled Parmesan Fish, brussell sprouts or broccoli, ?

Saturday - Ham and Cheese Pasta Bake (turkey ham) (Christmas cookbook)

I'm still knitting, but mostly just on the afghan for my dad. I really want to get it done most of the way and blocked before I leave so all I have to do is sewing it together and the edging. I'd love to get a sweater done too, but I don't think that will be happening.

Saw a commercial this morning that said all the Chex cereals are gluten free. Made me think of you and Kim. Then remembered that mom used to make baked fish fillets coated with crushed potato chips and wondered if you could do something similar with Chex? Well, at least you have another cereal and snack option!

I miss the Whole Foods offering French Onion soup in the soup bar. The Hungarian Mushroom soup looks good, I'll have to try it out too - thanks!
